Job Description: Software Engineering Intern – Go To Market (GTM) Technology

Dropbox’s GTM Technology team is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to contribute to building exceptional customer support experiences. This internship offers a full-stack project focusing on enhancing customer support and self-service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhancing the Customer Experience team’s ability to understand and resolve user issues.
• Improving user interaction with Dropbox’s support website.
• Integrating support ticketing with internal systems for seamless operations.
• Promoting secure and scalable internal development practices.
• Developing tools to empower users to independently diagnose and resolve problems.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science or a related technical field (e.g., physics, mathematics), or equivalent experience, graduating in Winter 2025 or Spring 2026.
• Experience writing or shipping software (Python and/or JavaScript) through coursework, personal projects, internships, coding competitions, or research.
• A passion for learning, problem-solving, and challenging the status quo.

The internship is a 12-week program with two start dates: May 27th – August 15th, and June 24th – September 12th. The role includes mentorship, ownership of a high-impact project, regular feedback, and networking opportunities within the company. The internship aims to provide a robust learning experience, applying coursework and developing practical skills within the GTM Engineering team.
