About the Role: Software Engineering Intern

Software Engineering Interns at Sentry write real code on real projects that ship to production. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Team Matching: You’ll be matched with one of their Product or Infrastructure Engineering teams based on your interests and experience.
• Project Ownership: Design, develop, and ship a programming solution that drives real value for customers.
• Mentorship and Feedback: Receive meaningful feedback, coaching, and mentorship from your manager and teammates.

Currently pursuings:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate degree program in Computer Science (or similar)
• Experience with Python, JavaScript or a similar dynamic programming language through internships, personal projects, or coding competitions.
• At least 1 previous internship or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong Technical Skills:
• Experience working with GitHub
• Collaborating with a team on an engineering project
• Ability to pick up a new programming language quickly
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of algorithms and data structures

Additional Information:

• Start Date: May 2025
• Location: San Francisco (relocation assistance and housing stipend provided)
• Visa Sponsorship: Not available for this position.
• Stipend: $53.13 per hour
