Job Description: Software Engineering Intern (Redmond, WA)
This internship program offers University students the chance to build community, explore passions, and excel in their work alongside thousands of peers from around the globe. Interns will contribute to real-world projects, collaborating with teams worldwide. The program emphasizes fun and empowering interns to bring their ideas to life using cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities:
• Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems creatively and effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements for features.
• Rapidly learn and integrate new engineering methods into workflows.
• Seek and implement feedback, leveraging best practices to enhance technical solutions.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills and contribute successfully within a collaborative team environment.
• Review current developments and proactively seek knowledge to improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance, while promoting consistent monitoring and operations at scale.
Qualifications:
• Required:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• At least one semester/term remaining after the internship concludes.
• One year of programming experience in an object-oriented language.
• Must satisfy qualification requirements established by the US Army Reserve P3O team.
• Preferred:
• Demonstrated understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
Compensation:
• The base pay range for this internship is USD $5,460 – $10,680 per month. A different range applies to specific work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan areas (USD $7,040 – $11,640 per month).

Location:
