About Wells Fargo Technology Internship Program
Wells Fargo is seeking talented individuals to join their 2025 Technology Internship Program. This ten-week program provides participants with a comprehensive orientation and training experience at Wells Fargo, specifically focusing on their Technology groups.
Here’s what the program offers:
• Hands-on experience: Interns will be given relevant work assignments, real-world training, and group projects.

• Business and technical insights: The program aims to provide a balanced understanding of both business and technical aspects.

Job Descriptions
The internship program offers placements in two primary roles:
1. Software Engineer
• Responsibilities:
• Designing, developing, testing, readying, and integrating applications.
• Developing enhancements or resolving bugs in existing applications.
• Developing new applications to support the sunsetting of older ones.
• Collaborating with ancillary technologies for application integration and data integrity.
• Leading the technical evolution of services in partnership with enterprise architecture, product management, and partner teams.
• Working within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.
• Typical Tech Stacks: Java, .Net Core/ASP.Net, UI Frameworks (ReactJS, Node.js, Angular JS, JQuery, JavaScript), Spring Boot, GitHub, TDD/BDD, API, Microservices, Jenkins, Docker, Cloud Technologies (PCF, Azure, Google)
2. Data Engineer
• Responsibilities:
• Creating and supporting reusable frameworks, data warehouses, and analytics environments.
• Leveraging common design patterns across traditional and big data solutions.
• Contributing to data integration, including developing data models, maintaining data warehouses and analytics environments, and writing scripts for integration and analysis.
• Building and maintaining optimized and highly available data pipelines for deeper analysis and reporting.
• Resolving moderately complex issues to meet data engineering deliverables.
• Adhering to data information policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Typical Tech Stacks: Python, MongoDB, MySQL, SQL, AI/ML, Tableau/PowerBI
