What You’ll Actually Do
• Service Support: Support the local video service business to enhance user discovery of life services such as hospitality, dining, and leisure.
• Experience Improvement: Improve the search experience in local services and promote the growth of the associated ecosystem.
• Machine Learning Application: Utilize large-scale machine learning techniques in search and recommendation scenarios to improve user shopping experiences and conversion efficiency for billions of users.
• Algorithm Design: Design and implement local services search algorithms across the full stack, including query analysis, relevance, recall, coarse ranking, fine ranking, and blended ranking.
• Predictive Modeling: Develop personalized behavior modeling for relevance computation, CTR (Click-Through Rate) prediction, CVR (Conversion Rate) prediction, vector recall, and value blending.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with specific experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and personalization. Exceptional coding skills with solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and proficiency in Linux development environments.
