Role Description:

This is a full-time remote internship for a Full Stack Software Engineer Intern, located in the US. The intern will work closely with our engineering team to gain hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development. Day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Coding simple features for our platform.
  • Learning system design concepts through practical application.
  • Debugging basic issues across the stack.
  • Collaborating with team members on real, impactful projects.

This role is specifically designed to provide practical experience in building scalable web applications while receiving dedicated mentorship and guidance from experienced engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Engineering, or a related degree program (or a recent graduate within 1 year).
  • Basic knowledge of programming fundamentals and data structures.
  • Some experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar).
  • Familiarity with web development concepts (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript).
  • Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks rapidly.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Plus points:
    • Experience with Git/version control.
    • Any exposure to React, Node.js, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
    • Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $25 – $40 per hour.
  • Full-time internship (40 hours per week).
  • Potential for a full-time offer upon successful completion of the internship.

Education Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. We also strongly welcome self-taught developers who can demonstrate their programming skills through a compelling portfolio of projects.
