Software Engineer Internship Program
This program offers a 1-year opportunity to develop your skills and join Salesforce’s elite Engineer team. You’ll receive coaching, participate in special activities and swag, and gain hands-on experience in the Software Development world. The program emphasizes professional development, volunteerism, and innovation.
Software Engineer Intern in IT Applications
As an intern, you’ll be part of a team building functionality primarily built on Salesforce Sales Cloud. You’ll work alongside software engineers, product managers, and architects to develop features and maintain applications for a global sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the full development cycle, including planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Build applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications.
• Contribute to code reviews and participate in team meetings.
• Work with engineers, business analysts, and product owners for product delivery.
Preferred Currently pursuings and Skills:
• Last year students graduating in December 2025/June 2026
• Enrolled in a BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Intermediate/advanced English skills.
• Availability to work 30 hours per week at the Mexico City offices (2/3 times a week on site).
• Experience with Object Oriented programming.
• Experience implementing technical projects.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with relational database languages.
• Experience with web services integration through SOAP or REST.
• Basic understanding of web application security.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and accountability skills.
Bonus Points:
• Experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Familiarity with working in a Continuous Deployment pipeline.
