What You’ll Actually Do
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for various projects.
• Participate actively in code reviews and agile development processes.
• Debug and troubleshoot software defects to ensure application stability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and DevOps, on development initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field; ideal for entry-level candidates and students.
• Experience: No specific professional experience required beyond academic pursuit; basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Skills: Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Bonus: Prior internship or project experience, knowledge of distributed systems, understanding of cloud-native architecture, familiarity with containerization and DevOps practices, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
