Job Description
This role is for an intern joining the founding team of Minus, a stealth-mode fintech startup.
What You’ll Do
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to design, build, and ship core features for the mobile application.
• Work across the full stack, encompassing everything from developing UI components for the mobile app to building out backend services.
• Assist in the integration with financial APIs, such as Plaid and MX, to securely link and manage user financial data within the application.

Who You Are
• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Possess solid programming fundamentals and data structures knowledge. Experience with specific technologies such as Swift/Kotlin (for mobile development), Python (for backend), and JavaScript/React Native (for cross-platform mobile development) is considered a plus.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for building great products and a strong interest in the fintech space.
• Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills, crucial for a collaborative startup environment.
Internship Details
• Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.
• Location: The position is fully remote, offering flexibility.
• Hours: Expect to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Duration: The internship is set to start immediately and will last for a period of 6-8 weeks.
