Wells Fargo Technology Internship Program
This program offers a ten-week, hands-on experience for undergraduate students to gain insights into the technology landscape at Wells Fargo. Interns will receive training, work on real-world assignments, participate in group projects, and refine their communication skills. The program focuses on professional development with learning sessions, coaching, and networking opportunities.
Available Roles:
• Software Engineer:
• Responsibilities include application design, development, testing, readiness, and integration.
• Tasks involve developing enhancements, resolving bugs, creating new applications, and ensuring seamless integration with other technologies.
• Collaboration with enterprise architecture, product management, and partner teams is essential.
• Typical Tech Stacks: Java, .Net Core/ASP.Net, UI Frameworks (ReactJS, Node.js, Angular JS, JQuery, Java Script), Spring Boot, GitHub, TDD/BDD, API, Microservices, Jenkins, Docker, Cloud Technologies (PCF, Azure, Google)
• Data Engineer:
• Focuses on creating and supporting reusable frameworks, data warehouses, and analytics environments.
• Responsibilities include data integration, developing data models, maintaining data warehouses, and writing scripts for data integration and analysis.
• Build and maintain optimized data pipelines for deeper analysis and reporting.
• Typical Tech Stacks: Python, MongoDB, MySQL, SQL, AI/ML, Tableau/PowerBI
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Energetic self-starter with a proactive mindset, a thirst for knowledge, and a genuine interest in growth.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Required Qualifications:
• 6+ months of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technology-related STEM majors.
• Expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Demonstrated knowledge, interest, or experience with Java, Cloud technology, .NET, Python, SQL, or related technical skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Involvement in extracurricular activities such as volunteerism, student organizations, study abroad programs, leadership positions, or non-profit involvement.

Pay Range:
• Varies by location. For example, the hourly rate for Chandler, Phoenix is $48.08, while the rate for Summit, New Jersey is $60.10.
