Job Overview

This role involves performing basic to intermediate software tasks to support the production of high-quality software products.
You will collaborate within a project team, utilizing an agile software development process to help plan and produce software that consistently meets Minitab design and coding standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Web Development Technologies: Familiarity with technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript/ES6/JQuery, and knowledge of web frameworks like React.js, Angular, Node.js, or VueJS.
  • Programming Languages: Knowledge of C++, C#, and/or Python.
  • Source Control: Experience with source control systems such as Git.
  • Containerization (Plus): Experience with Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks and the ability to write and maintain unit tests.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability and initiative to work effectively both independently and as a member of a development team.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to solve basic technical problems.

Important Information

Location: This position MUST be available to work onsite at our Minitab Corporate Headquarters in State College, PA. Remote work is NOT an option for this position.
