Job Description: Social Media Marketing Intern (Summer 2025)
PIM Brands is seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern for its Marketing Department. This is a 40-hour/week internship starting June 2nd, 2025, with a work-from-home option on Fridays. The internship will provide experience in various aspects of social media management, including:
• Community Management: Social listening, engaging fans, shaping brand voice across social media platforms.
• Content Creation & Strategy: Brainstorming social media concepts, developing content to drive brand growth.
• Performance Analysis: Analyzing social media metrics, translating data into actionable insights to inform future strategies.
• Brand Management: Working across multiple PIM Brands, shaping the social media presence for various candy and snack brands. This may involve assisting with giveaways, collaborations, and in-person programs.
• Platform Management: Hands-on experience managing and growing communities across TikTok, Meta, and other platforms, utilizing platform-specific strategies and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
• Rising Junior in college/university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Strong understanding of social media, marketing, and community engagement.
• Excellent business acumen and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self-motivation and a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Access to housing and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week in the office (Monday-Thursday).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of and passion for the food and CPG industry.
• Leadership experience.
