Social Media Marketing Intern

The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and visionary Social Media Marketing Intern, an A+ player who recognizes the potential of transformative ideas. This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first employees of a startup and make a significant impact from the ground up. We are looking for a generalist with a blend of creative and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has some experience in brand design, graphic design, and product design, in addition to the following:
- Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).
- Trend Awareness: Strong understanding of current social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging creator strategies.
- Digital Marketing Basics: Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles (e.g., engagement metrics, audience segmentation, content calendars).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of brand voice and tone.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and creativity in both visual and written storytelling.
- Content Creation Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar for quick content creation.
- Analytics Understanding: Basic understanding of social analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
- Community Management: Experience writing captions, scheduling posts, and managing community comments.
