About the Role: Social Media Marketing Intern

This is an unpaid Spring Startup Internship for a Social Media Marketing Intern at Quilly. This is a fully remote position, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment.

As a key member of our growing team, you will be instrumental in contributing to the growth and engagement of Quilly’s social media presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop and schedule engaging, relevant, and on-brand content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
  • Campaign Development: Assist in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of innovative social media marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and inform future strategies.
  • Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and interactive online community.
  • Trend Research: Conduct research on current social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continually improve outreach strategies and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Social Media & Digital Marketing Acumen: Demonstrated skills in developing effective social media and digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Organizational & Time Management: Strong capabilities in managing multiple tasks efficiently and prioritizing workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Mindset (Plus): Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms is a significant advantage.
  • Community Passion: A genuine passion for fostering community engagement and inclusivity, particularly among our target demographics of college students in femme spaces.
