Job Description:

Role Title: Social Media Marketing Intern

Employment Type: This is a contract role.

Location: The position is located in New Hill, NC.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Social Media Marketing Intern will be primarily responsible for:
• Content Management: Creating and managing engaging social media content.
• Strategy Development: Developing and executing comprehensive social media marketing strategies.
• Community Engagement: Actively engaging with Peak Fit Events’ online community to foster interaction and connection.

Typical Day-to-Day Tasks:
• Content Creation: Generating various forms of content for social media platforms.
• Post Scheduling: Planning and scheduling social media posts to ensure consistent online presence.
• Channel Monitoring: Regularly monitoring social media channels for activity, comments, and messages.
• Performance Analysis: Analyzing performance metrics of social media campaigns and content to inform future strategies.
• Digital Marketing Support: Assisting with other digital marketing efforts as required.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven skills in Social Media Marketing.
• Expertise in Social Media Content Creation.
• General knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and on-site.
• Must be outgoing and a great communicator.

Desired Qualifications (Plus Points):
• Knowledge of the fitness and wellness industry.
• Skills in Photography.
