Job Description: Social Media Intern
This is a remote internship offering a hands-on experience in social media management and content creation within a fast-paced agency environment. The intern will report to the Agency’s Creative Director and work closely with the creative team. The position is 15 hours per week for 3-6 months.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies aligned with platform-specific requirements and consistent brand voice.
• Manage, organize, schedule, and post content using Notion’s Social Media Content Dashboard.
• Create engaging multimedia content (visuals, videos, graphics) using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or Canva Pro.
• Write and edit polished social media copy reflecting the agency’s offerings and values.
• Conduct target audience research to refine strategies and enhance brand alignment.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics; using insights to inform decisions (Sprout Social experience is a bonus).
• Stay updated on social media trends to leverage trending content and boost audience engagement.
• Engage with followers and community members to build relationships and brand growth.
