Responsibilities:

• Assist the Social Media Associate Manager in developing and executing the Editorial Calendar, ensuring all content aligns with the Anthropologie brand image, goals, and messaging.
• Schedule content across various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and Pinterest, aligning with seasonal campaigns and product priorities.
• Develop trackable links for all content to monitor engagement and performance.
• Identify and outline weekly product features, collaborating with merchandise teams to confirm upcoming product deliveries, preferred click-throughs, and inventory availability for social posts.
• Assist in creating one-pagers, brand decks, conducting competitive research, and preparing other requested documents and reports.
• Partner with the Social Media Community Coordinator to respond to comments on owned social channels, escalating community questions to the Customer Service team for further assistance.
• Assist in content development for Instagram Stories and Pinterest as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience with social media, whether through internships, coursework, or personal use.
• A positive and energetic personality.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Attention to detail and proven time management and organizational skills.
• Highly organized, methodical, and efficient.
• Strong understanding of fashion competitors and the ability to analyze trends to identify opportunities to differentiate the brand.

Project Requirement:

• In addition to your application and resume, you must submit a concept board (8.5 x 11 PDF format preferred) as part of your application.
• The concept board should focus on a Fall 2025 marketing campaign, featuring a collection of images (still life styling, editorial, artistic, branding, etc.) that you find aspirational for the brand’s creative direction. These images should represent a potential collective campaign idea across email, digital, and social platforms.
• You can use visuals from blogs, Instagram, magazines, etc. to express your point of view, but think like a marketer when selecting your aspirational images and compiling the concept board.
• Include 2-3 influencers you see as potential partners for the Fall 2025 campaign and explain why you think they would be a good fit for the brand.
