Job Description

This intern role for Lemon8 focuses on social media management and trend analysis, particularly within the US market, with a strong emphasis on TikTok operations.

Responsibilities:
• Social Media Trend Analysis: Deeply understand mainstream social media trends in the US. Closely monitor these trends to inform in-app campaign launching and content creation strategies.
• TikTok Account Operations: Participate in the full process of operating the official TikTok account for Lemon8. This includes:
• Topic brainstorming for content.
• Video draft writing.
• Video shooting.
• Content posting.
• Data Monitoring & Analysis: Responsible for tracking and analyzing social media data, monitoring changes in performance metrics, and incorporating user feedback into strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
• Language: Able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.
• Content & Design Skills: Strong content sense and excellent aesthetic and design ability. Proficiency in using editing software such as CapCut and Canva is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Work Ethic: Logical in thinking, skillful in communication, and responsible at work.
• Learning Agility: A quick learner who can perform effectively under pressure.
• Internship Duration: Preference for long-term internships, lasting at least 3 months up to 6 months.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Hourly Rate: The hourly rate for this Campus Intern position in the selected city is $25.
• Benefits: Benefits may vary based on employment nature and location. Interns receive day-one access to health insurance, life insurance, and wellbeing benefits.
• Paid Time Off: Interns receive 10 paid holidays per year.
• Paid Sick Time: 56 hours of paid sick time if hired in the first half of the year, or 40 hours if hired in the second half of the year.
• Housing Allowance: Interns not working 100% remotely may be eligible for a housing allowance.
