Job Title: Social Media Intern

Position Overview:
This is a hands-on internship opportunity for a driven and creative individual to gain real-world experience within a fast-growing creative agency. The intern will build their portfolio and work alongside creatives, strategists, and content producers.
Key Responsibilities (“What You’ll Do”):
• Assist in the development and execution of social media calendars across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and others.
• Brainstorm content ideas and collaborate with the design and video team to bring these ideas to life.
• Conduct research on trends, memes, and emerging formats relevant to the company’s clients and in-house brands.
• Engage with audiences by scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and participating in community building efforts.
• Support reporting and performance tracking to aid in optimizing content strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and production teams.
Qualifications (“What We’re Looking For”):
• A strong passion for social media, pop culture, and digital trends.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools is a plus.
• Must be organized, self-starting, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience managing personal or brand social accounts is a bonus.
