Description

The Social Media Intern will play a key role in the marketing and promotion of Chartwells Higher Ed’s dining services at Worcester State University. The intern will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, engaging with students and other stakeholders, and tracking the success of social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage Chartwells Higher Ed’s social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat
• Create and post engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and written posts
• Engage with students and other stakeholders on social media, responding to comments and questions
• Track the success of social media campaigns using analytics tools
• Assist the Marketing team with other marketing and promotional activities

Currently pursuings

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for the food and beverage industry
• Experience with graphic design software preferred
