Social Media Content Creator | NULLZEC

The Tone:
This is an unpaid internship role at NULLZEC, a company operating HyberX, an AI desktop assistant that guides users through tasks, software, troubleshooting, and digital workflows in real-time. This role is remote, available to candidates located in USA/Canada, and has a duration of 2-3 months, requiring 10-15 hours per week with a flexible schedule. This position is crucial for establishing and mastering content creation on specific social channels to increase awareness and engagement for HyberX.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Thoroughly study the company, the HyberX product, and the target customer, including their job description, business challenges, goals, and pain points.
• Strategy Development: Select and deep-dive into 1-2 social media channels, mastering their algorithms, SEO/AEO, and then determine the optimal content types, weekly creation volume, and posting schedule.
• Content Creation & Management: Produce and publish various forms of content for the chosen social media channels based on developed strategies and algorithm insights.
• Performance Tracking: Implement and manage all necessary social media channel analytics to accurately monitor and evaluate content performance metrics.
• Reporting & Optimization: Conduct weekly meetings with the CEO/COO to present content performance data, discuss insights, and strategize on content optimization based on analytics.

• Background: Career level: Internship. Foundational understanding of digital marketing principles and social media content creation.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required; openness to learning deeply about social media algorithms, SEO/AEO, and analytics. Must be located in USA/Canada.
• Skills: Content creation abilities, analytical thinking for performance tracking, strategic planning for social media, and strong communication for reporting. Ability to work EST hours.
