Job Description

About the Company:

Volto Santo is a lifestyle apparel brand focused on redefining convenience by seamlessly blending style and accessibility. Their products incorporate easy-to-use adaptive solutions without compromising on design. The brand was founded by Patrick DeCrescenzo, who lives with left hemiplegia after a stroke at birth. His personal need for easier dressing inspired the creation of clothing that benefits everyone, not just those with disabilities. Volto Santo’s core mission is to create stylish and functional apparel that fuses accessibility and design. Despite being in its early stages, the brand has already received national media attention and has been featured on notable artists and athletes. Currently, Volto Santo is concentrating on expanding its social media presence to reach a wider audience.

Job Description:

Volto Santo seeks creative and motivated interns to boost its social media presence on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The intern will work directly with the founder to develop and execute content, focusing on current trends, fashion moments, and culturally relevant storytelling. This is an ideal opportunity for students to build their portfolio while contributing to a growing brand that is innovating within the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support: Assist with influencer outreach and mood board creation. Collaborate on campaign concepts and content calendar development.
Community Management: Help manage and expand community engagement across various social media platforms.

Qualifications:

Passion and Knowledge: Strong interest in streetwear, fashion, and current cultural trends. Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends.
Technical Skills: Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe software, or mobile editing apps.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, ability to contribute ideas independently, and collaborate effectively with the founder.
Visual Storytelling: Strong aesthetic sense and ability to craft compelling visual narratives.
Location Preference (Not Required): While a preference is given to NYC-based students, remote applicants are also considered.
Bonus: Students with an interest in accessibility, inclusive design, or disability advocacy are highly encouraged to apply.
