Beyond the AI tool, TutorUp also publishes practical study playbooks and case studies aimed at helping students learn more efficiently and enabling teachers to work smarter.

Job description

Responsibilities
The role primarily involves content dissemination and community engagement on social platforms. Key responsibilities include:
• Posting short “resource/case-study” threads, with copy provided by TutorUp, in relevant Reddit subreddits and Threads topic hubs.
• Adding a personal line to each post for authenticity and applying correct flair/disclosure.
• Ensuring posts remain live for a specified duration.
• Adhering to each community’s rules, including using link or no-link versions as required.
• Submitting simple proof, such as post insights screenshots and brief notes, in a weekly report.

What We’re Looking For
Candidates should possess:
• An established Reddit account (aged with meaningful karma) and/or an active Threads account demonstrating real engagement.
• A reliable and detail-oriented approach to posting.
• A strong understanding of community norms and the ability to rotate content across different hubs to avoid duplication.
• Clear written English and professional communication skills.
• The capacity to meet weekly deadlines consistently.

Desired Skills
Preferred skills include:
• Familiarity with Reddit moderation rules, flairs, and basic analytics (e.g., Post Insights).
• Comfort in tailoring tone and messaging to study, college, or math-related audiences, with the ability to apply a light touch to copy when needed.
• An ethical mindset, strictly adhering to principles of no spam, no engagement pods, and no academic dishonesty.
• Basic screenshot and reporting skills for proof submission.

Compensation
This is a part-time, contractor position. Compensation is structured as a mix of:
• A modest base pay per approved post.
• Performance bonuses based on metrics like views, engagement, and clicks (with caps applied).
• Affiliate revenue share.
• Payouts processed on a weekly basis. The exact compensation structure will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
