Beyond the AI tool, the company also publishes practical study playbooks and case studies aimed at accelerating student learning and enhancing teacher efficiency.

About the Job Description

This role is for a part-time contractor responsible for community engagement and content dissemination.

Responsibilities:
• Post short “resource/case-study” threads (with provided copy) in relevant Reddit subreddits and Threads topic hubs.
• Personalize posts with one unique line for authenticity, apply correct flair/disclosure, and ensure posts remain live for a specified duration.
• Adhere strictly to each community’s specific rules, including using appropriate link/no-link versions as required.
• Submit simple proof of work, consisting of post insights screenshots and brief notes, in a weekly report.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
• An established Reddit account with age and meaningful karma, and/or an active Threads account demonstrating real engagement.
• A reliable, detail-oriented poster who possesses a strong understanding of community norms.
• Ability to rotate content across various hubs effectively without duplication.
• Clear written English and professional communication skills, with a proven ability to meet weekly deadlines.

Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with Reddit mod rules, flairs, and basic analytics (e.g., Post Insights).
• Comfortable adjusting the tone of voice to suit study, college, or math audiences, with the ability to perform light copy touch-ups when necessary.
• Possesses an ethical mindset, strictly avoiding spam, engagement pods, or practices related to academic dishonesty.
• Basic proficiency in screenshot capture and reporting.

Compensation:
The position is structured as a part-time contractor role. Compensation includes a blend of:
• A modest base pay per approved post.
• Performance bonuses tied to metrics such as views, engagement, and clicks (caps apply).
• Potential for affiliate revenue share.
• Payouts are processed on a weekly basis.
