Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media & Athlete Relations Intern to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is focused on managing all aspects of athlete communications and maintaining our CRM systems. You will be instrumental in ensuring every athlete ambassador experiences a seamless, professional, and personalized journey with Electro Gum. As the primary voice of our brand in athlete direct messages, you will play a crucial part in fostering and expanding our vibrant athlete community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to athlete DMs daily with exceptional accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
• Cultivate and maintain strong athlete relationships through clear, proactive, and supportive communication.
• Efficiently answer frequently asked questions (FAQs) and resolve athlete inquiries utilizing provided playbooks and guidelines.
• Promptly escalate any unique requests or complex issues to the founding team for swift resolution.
• Diligently log and track all athlete interactions within our CRM systems, including Notion and Social Snowball.
• Consistently represent Electro Gum’s brand voice with infectious energy, positivity, and genuine care.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written English and communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and high reliability – ensuring zero mistakes in athlete onboarding processes.
• Comfortable and proficient with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of athlete communication.
• A passion for sports, Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL), and athlete culture is preferred but not strictly required.
