About the Role:
We are actively seeking a dedicated Social Media & Athlete Relations Intern to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role focuses on the crucial task of managing athlete communications and maintaining our CRM systems. As the primary point of contact for our athlete ambassadors, you will be instrumental in ensuring every individual experiences a seamless, professional, and personalized journey with Electro Gum. You will serve as the authentic voice of our brand within athlete direct messages (DMs) and play a vital role in nurturing and expanding our vibrant athlete community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to athlete DMs daily with exceptional accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
• Cultivate and maintain strong athlete relationships through clear, supportive, and proactive communication.
• Efficiently answer Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and resolve athlete inquiries utilizing provided playbooks and resources.
• Promptly escalate unique requests or complex issues to the founding team for swift resolution.
• Accurately log and track all athlete interactions within our designated CRM systems (Notion + Social Snowball).
• Consistently represent Electro Gum’s brand voice, embodying energy, positivity, and genuine care in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated excellent written English and superior communication skills.
• Possess strong attention to detail and unwavering reliability, ensuring no errors in athlete onboarding processes.
• Comfortable and proficient in utilizing Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.
• Proven ability to effectively manage a high volume of athlete communication without compromising quality.
• A passion for sports, Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) regulations, and athlete culture is preferred but not strictly required.
