About the Role:

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media & Athlete Relations Intern to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is centered on managing all aspects of athlete communications and CRM, ensuring every athlete ambassador has a truly seamless, professional, and personal experience with the Electro Gum brand. You will serve as the authentic voice of our brand in athlete DMs, playing an indispensable part in cultivating and growing our thriving athlete community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to athlete DMs daily with exceptional accuracy, speed, and unwavering professionalism.
• Cultivate and maintain strong athlete relationships through clear, supportive, and proactive communication.
• Efficiently answer FAQs and resolve athlete questions by expertly utilizing provided playbooks and resources.
• Promptly escalate unique requests or complex issues to the founding team, ensuring quick resolution.
• Meticulously log and track all athlete interactions within our designated CRM systems (Notion + Social Snowball).
• Consistently represent Electro Gum’s brand voice with genuine energy, positivity, and authentic care.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written English and communication skills, capable of crafting clear, concise, and engaging messages.
• Strong attention to detail and unwavering reliability—critical for flawless athlete onboarding and management.
• Comfortable and proficient with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a high volume of athlete communication without compromising quality.
• A genuine passion for sports, NIL (Name, Image, Likeness), and athlete culture is preferred but not strictly required.
