About the Job Description:
This job description details Elbit Systems of America’s participation in the DoD SkillBridge program. This program is designed to connect transitioning service members with valuable career training opportunities within the organization.
Key Aspects of the SkillBridge Program at Elbit Systems of America:
• Purpose: To provide transitioning service members with hands-on civilian work experience, industry-specific training, certifications, and practical on-the-job learning to prepare them for successful civilian careers.

• Application Process: After applying, candidates will be contacted by a Talent Acquisition specialist to discuss their background and potential opportunities.
• Placement Areas: Eligible SkillBridge participants may be placed in roles within Trade Compliance, Contracts, Supply Chain, Quality, Project/ Program Management and Operations.
• Locations: Opportunities may be available at multiple locations, including Ft Worth, TX ~ Merrimack, NH ~ Roanoke, VA ~ Charleston, SC ~ Talladega, AL.
• Eligibility:
• Must be an active member of the US Military.
• Must be within 180 days of being discharged or released from active duty.
• Must have served 180 continuous days on active duty.
• Approval rests with the first field grade commander authorized to impose non-judicial punishment.
• Recommendations: It is strongly recommended that service members complete mandatory components of the DOD Transition Assistance Program (TAP) prior to starting a SkillBridge program.
