SkillBridge Cyber Intelligence Analyst | TeamWorx Security

The Tone:
This is an internship at TeamWorx Security, located in Columbia, MD, offered specifically for active duty military members through the DoD SkillBridge program. TeamWorx Security, a military veteran-owned business, develops managed collaboration solutions for defense, cyber, law enforcement, critical infrastructure, and emergency management customers globally. This role is crucial for developing and delivering intelligence training efforts, supporting operations, and providing essential threat analysis to a growing customer base, aligning with the company’s mission to reinvent how people work with technology.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: Hybrid, Columbia, MD

• Mission: This person will create and teach intelligence training, support operations, develop curriculum, and provide threat analysis for customers.
• Tech Stack: Hive-IQ/MATRIX

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training & Curriculum Development: Collaborate with product managers and customers to deliver training, develop comprehensive curriculum, and enhance customer engagement related to cyber intelligence.
• Incident Response Leadership: Lead and support Hive-IQ/MATRIX teams in real-world cyber incident response efforts, focusing on information sharing, threat report analysis, and developing cohesive customer outreach.
• Threat Intelligence Generation: Conduct in-depth threat analysis from diverse sources and generate actionable threat reports tailored for our customers.
• Response Coordination: Triage and coordinate cyber incident response efforts directly with our customers to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and prepare all necessary materials for both internal team meetings and external customer engagements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Active duty military members who meet SkillBridge eligibility requirements, bringing a professional background in military intelligence, the cybersecurity industry, the intelligence community, or critical infrastructure industries.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in military intelligence, cybersecurity, intelligence community, or critical infrastructure industries (public and private).
• Skills: Proficiency using a variety of technology and tools, including cybersecurity and engineering technology, and collaborative capabilities; excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills; highly organized; proficient in cyber intelligence methodology, practice, and application; excellent analytical skills; self-driven with attention to detail; ability to take ownership of projects.
• Bonus: Relevant teaching or instructor experience.
