Job Title: Site Support Technical Intern

Key Responsibilities of the Site Support Technical Intern include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide technical support on assignments, utilizing established procedures and guidance from an assigned technical mentor.
  • Explore all facets of an IT organization, encompassing both technical and support functions.
  • Specific day-to-day duties and responsibilities will be set by assigned mentors.
  • Apply basic fundamentals, concepts, and procedures to translate classroom knowledge into practical, workforce-level experience in this entry-level position.

Qualifications:

Required Education:

  • AA Degree in a related discipline with one year of related experience; OR
  • High School Diploma with two (2) years of related experience.

Required Clearance:

  • None required.

Required Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines:
    • Computer Science
    • Information Systems
    • Information Technology
    • Computer Engineering
    • Cyber Security
    • Or a related IT discipline.
  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Demonstrated task and customer-oriented approach.
  • Proven evidence of initiative and self-starting capabilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment with flexibility and a positive attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to team cooperation.
