This role is crucial in delivering tailored solutions and helping to ensure the success of these nonprofit clients by contributing to audit teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Service: Deliver high-quality service to clients as a productive member of assigned audit teams.
• Team Participation: Actively participate in office events and initiatives as a productive team member of the practice office.
• Professional Development: Pursue professional development, initially focusing on CPA certification, to assume more complex audit and assurance responsibilities.
• Skill Development: Develop auditing knowledge and skills to handle increasingly complex audit and other assurance responsibilities.
• Ethical Conduct: Display integrity and professional behavior consistent with CapinCrouse’s focus, vision, mission, and core values.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level role requiring a minimum of two years of university education completed by the start of the internship and active pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Experience: Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, proven ability to work independently and as a team, and a high degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information.
• Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with the ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others.
