Job Description (Drunk Elephant Internship):

The Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program offers a paid, full-time, 9-week experience (June 2nd – August 1st) in New Jersey or New York offices. Interns will gain hands-on experience across the product life cycle, from marketing to manufacturing. The program includes impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops.

Specific responsibilities for the Drunk Elephant internship include:

• Competitive Analysis: Conducting competitive analyses of skincare product categories and providing recommendations for growth.
• Product Innovation: Contributing strategic ideas for new product innovation.
• Trend Analysis: Reviewing skincare trend reports and identifying key opportunities for the brand.
• Launch Support: Assisting in the creation of launch-related documents, such as product briefs, marketing bulletins, and product dossiers.
