Job Description:
This is a ServiceDesk Operations role focused on providing support to end-users. Key responsibilities include:
• Fielding incoming requests to the Service Desk and ensuring courteous, timely, and effective resolution.
• Processing Office 365 user administration requests, including provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts.
• Identifying and learning appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
• Performing hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications.
• Performing user account administration including password resets and profile changes.
• Performing preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals.
Qualifications:
• Required to be a college student pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related field. Junior year is completed by the summer 2025 and rising senior status is preferred.
• Ability to be in the office 5 days a week with flexible hours.
