Service Representative – Eyewash/WaterBreak | Cintas
The Tone:
This is a full-time service and sales role at Cintas, a leading company dedicated to helping over one million businesses get Ready™ for their workday. Cintas provides a wide range of essential products and services, including uniforms, facility supplies, first aid, safety products, and workplace water solutions, ensuring clients’ facilities and employees are clean, safe, and presentable. In this role, you will be critical in delivering specialized care for eyewash stations and water/ice units, upholding Cintas’ commitment to safety and operational excellence for its First Aid and Safety customers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Comprehensive Training & Certification: Actively participate in comprehensive on-the-job training programs designed to teach thorough cleaning and sanitization techniques for eyewash stations and WaterBreak water/ice units, culminating in a hands-on certification.
• Customer Service Excellence: Service customers according to a well-planned calendar, ensuring timely delivery. Establish and maintain strong rapport with customer contacts, proactively resolving concerns by developing and communicating problem resolution plans, striving to continuously improve services.
• Rigorous Safety & Sanitation: Perform detailed function checks, cleaning, and sanitizing of WaterBreak water/ice units. For eyewash stations, thoroughly clean and sanitize with provided equipment, change water, clean the interior, and replace with clean water and an antimicrobial additive. Ensure all work adheres to safety policies and maintain the service van and equipment daily.
• Route Growth & Sales: Drive an increase in route volume by selling new eyewash stations, WaterBreak units, and target products. Successfully implement price increases as established by the Service Manager to meet and exceed sales goals for Cintas First Aid and Safety customers.
• Accurate Invoicing & Collections: Provide precise invoicing and accounting for all services, securing customer signatures on invoices. Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately, and assist in managing and collecting past due amounts to meet departmental financial goals.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; an experienced practitioner capable of working unsupervised.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is required.
• Skills: A valid driver’s license.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
