This is a full-time, permanent role at Beacon Hill, supporting a boutique Intellectual Property law firm on a hybrid schedule (in office 2 days a week). This Senior Trademark Paralegal role is critical for ensuring the meticulous preparation, prosecution, and maintenance of trademarks, domains, and copyrights, safeguarding intellectual property assets for clients of the law firm.

• Mission: This role is responsible for the comprehensive management and prosecution of trademark, domain, and copyright applications for clients, ensuring compliance and protection of intellectual property.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Draft new trademark, domain, and copyright applications and other trademark prosecution documents for filing at appropriate offices.
• Monitor: Gather necessary information from clients and monitor applications through issuance, ensuring continuous maintenance.
• Analyze: Conduct, review, and analyze trademark searches, including initial screening searches, to assess viability and risk.
• Record: Prepare and record documents affecting the chain of title for U.S. and International trademarks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with knowledge of USPTO procedures and related work experience in intellectual property law.
• Experience: At least 8+ years of related work experience, with a demonstrated track record in conducting, reviewing, and analyzing trademark searches.
• Skills: Knowledge of USPTO procedures, experience with trademark search vendors such as CT Corsearch, proficiency in preparing trademark prosecution documents, and ability to record chain of title documents.
