What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Design: Design and architect scalable, high-performance, and resilient full-stack solutions using modern technologies.
• Feature Development: Develop, test, and deploy new features and functionalities for the core platform and ancillary services.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on best practices in primary languages like JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, or Java.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality products.
• Technical Leadership: Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers, contributing to a culture of technical excellence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. This role is for a senior-level professional in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products. Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), extensive back-end development (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or Ruby), solid understanding of API design (RESTful, GraphQL) and microservices architecture, deep knowledge of database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB), and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is also required.
• Skills: Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in a relevant technical field, experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and various testing frameworks, experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment, knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications, or contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal project portfolio.
