What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance web applications and services using modern full-stack technologies.
• Backend Expertise: Develop and optimize robust backend services, APIs, and microservices, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient processing.
• Frontend Craftsmanship: Build intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and best practices.
• Architectural Vision: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and architect solutions that align with business goals.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. This is a senior-level position.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language/framework (e.g., Node.js with Express/NestJS, Python with Django/Flask, Go, Java with Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails); demonstrated expertise with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles; solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis); experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs; and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), or familiarity with serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda).
