Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic product development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications across the entire stack, from intuitive user interfaces to powerful backend services. You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions that directly impact our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex features and modules for our core web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go) technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, design, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Architect and implement robust APIs and microservices.
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in software engineering.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring optimal application performance and stability.
  • Contribute to technical architecture decisions and participate in setting the future technical direction of the product.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Extensive experience with back-end development using Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or Go, and relevant frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails).
  • Solid understanding of database systems, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with serverless architectures.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.
  • Previous experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small teams.
