What You’ll Actually Do
• Architect and Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable software applications and services using modern development practices.
• Ensure Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and testable code, conducting thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Provide Technical Leadership: Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across various layers of the application stack, from frontend to backend and infrastructure.
• Collaborate on Solutions: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver features on time.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with a focus on software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on building scalable backend services or full-stack applications.
• Skills: Expert proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#, Node.js) and relevant frameworks; solid understanding and hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases; proven experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and building microservices architectures; familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bonus: Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue), message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), or data streaming technologies.
