About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in our engineering team. In this position, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance software solutions that power our core products. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle for complex features and services, from initial design and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment, ensuring high standards of robustness, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code primarily in languages such as Java, Python, or Go, adhering to established best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other engineering teams to define technical requirements, refine specifications, and translate product vision into successful technical execution.
• Actively participate in rigorous code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring consistent code quality and architectural integrity across the team.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues in both development and production environments, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to significant architectural discussions and decisions, evaluating new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion best practices in software development, including automated testing, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 5+ years of demonstrable professional experience in software development, with a strong track record of successfully delivered projects.
• Expertise in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, Go, C#, or similar, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
• Profound understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL) and experience with relevant ORM frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to thrive and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including practical knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching mechanisms.
• Previous experience in a formal tech lead or senior mentorship capacity.
