What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable software solutions across the full stack.
• Collaborate: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, prioritize, and execute features.
• Architect: Contribute to the architectural vision and technical roadmap of our core products.
• Mentor: Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally.
• Resolve: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. This is a senior-level position for an experienced software developer.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects. Extensive experience in designing and building robust, scalable APIs and strong hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms.
• Skills: Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, Go, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js). Proficient in designing and interacting with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and event-driven patterns. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS). Previous experience in a technical leadership or team lead role. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile. Experience with performance optimization and scalability challenges in high-traffic applications.
