What You’ll Actually Do
• Software Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex software features and systems across various platforms.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and innovative solutions.
• Code Quality & Review: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards, and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Architecture Implementation: Architect and implement scalable backend services, APIs, and frontend user interfaces utilizing modern technologies.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their growth and development through knowledge sharing and technical leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a significant portion in a senior or lead role, including extensive experience with web application development frameworks, relational and/or NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms with containerization technologies.
• Skills: Expert proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript, experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures, proficiency with Git, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, familiarity with message queues and streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and logging tools, and prior experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
