What You’ll Actually Do
• Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of new features and services, ensuring high scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Development: Develop and implement features across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, and database components, using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and participate actively in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure coding standards are met.
• Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to the team’s overall technical growth and development.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of our systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Possesses a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and software design patterns.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a significant portion in a senior or lead capacity. Demonstrates hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), alongside designing and building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Skills: Expertise in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, Go, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js); strong understanding of web development fundamentals and experience with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js (if applicable); proficiency with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases; experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
