We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions that power our cutting-edge products. You will work within a collaborative agile environment, contributing to the full software development lifecycle from conception to deployment and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable software applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, scope, and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in primary languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning.
• Ensure software solutions meet performance, security, and reliability requirements.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C#).
• Extensive experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design (RESTful, GraphQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
