We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the development and strategic growth of our next-generation AI-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven solutions, aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and uncover new product opportunities.
• Translate complex business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and data science teams.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic importance, customer impact, and technical feasibility, ensuring a clear and actionable product backlog.
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather user feedback to iterate on products and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead product launches, working with marketing, sales, and customer success to develop go-to-market strategies, training materials, and compelling product messaging.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape, informing product decisions and strategic direction.
• Foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and strong collaboration within the product team and across the organization.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused specifically on AI/ML products or platforms.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex technical products, especially those involving machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI technologies.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, methodologies, and development lifecycle. Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering and data science teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Experience with agile product development methodologies.
