About the Role

Nexus Innovations Inc. is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of our next-generation AI-powered solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, gathering requirements, and driving the successful execution and launch of innovative products that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to solve complex customer problems and unlock new market opportunities. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to deliver products that delight users and achieve significant business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a clear, compelling product vision and strategy for AI solutions, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Market & Customer Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs, pain points, and emerging trends in AI/ML.
• Roadmap Development: Own the end-to-end product roadmap, prioritizing features, epics, and user stories based on strategic importance, customer value, and technical feasibility.
• Requirements Definition: Translate high-level business requirements into detailed, actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and technical leads throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies, product launches, and post-launch performance monitoring.
• Performance Analysis: Define and track key product metrics, analyze performance data, and iterate on products based on user feedback and business results.
• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Innovation & Evangelism: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, represent Nexus Innovations Inc. at industry events, and evangelize our AI product capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI/ML products or platforms.
• Demonstrated experience taking AI-powered products from concept to launch and growth.
• Strong understanding of various AI/ML techniques (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics) and their practical applications.
• Proven ability to define and articulate product strategy, roadmaps, and detailed requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Solid technical acumen, capable of engaging in meaningful discussions with engineering and data science teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for building innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).
• Familiarity with ethical AI principles and responsible AI development practices.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products and enterprise AI solutions.
• Active participation in the AI/ML community (e.g., conferences, publications, open-source contributions).
