About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our next generation of AI-powered products. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, understanding market needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive significant business value and exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI solutions, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Market & User Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather user insights to identify unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and inform product decisions.
• Requirements & Prioritization: Translate strategic goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications. Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams throughout the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Roadmap Management: Own and manage the product roadmap, communicating plans, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and adoption.
• Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product performance, and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve products.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and relevant industry domains.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years specifically managing AI/ML products or platforms.
• Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and managing successful software products from concept to end-of-life.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and development processes (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, deep learning).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with enterprise-grade SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience working in a startup or growth-stage company environment.
