About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our cutting-edge AI solutions. This pivotal role involves defining product strategy, roadmaps, and execution for AI-powered products that deliver significant value to our enterprise clients. You will be at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and user experience, driving innovation from concept to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for your portfolio of AI solutions, aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
• Roadmap Development: Own the end-to-end product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market research, customer needs, competitive analysis, and internal capabilities.
• Market & Customer Insight: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to deeply understand user problems, market gaps, and emerging trends in AI and relevant industries.
• Requirements & Design: Translate complex business problems and user needs into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure an intuitive and delightful user experience.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work seamlessly with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption. Act as the primary evangelist for your products.
• Performance & Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for your products, monitor their performance, and iterate on features and strategies to drive continuous improvement and achieve business goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product updates, strategic decisions, and performance results to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales to develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new features and products.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-4 years specifically managing AI/ML-powered products or platforms.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex enterprise software products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, methodologies (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics), and their application in real-world business scenarios.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy, conduct market analysis, and translate customer insights into tangible product features.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI considerations.
