Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define, articulate, and champion a compelling product vision and comprehensive strategy for your assigned AI product area, ensuring deep alignment with overarching company goals, market opportunities, and customer needs.
• Market & Customer Insight: Conduct rigorous market research, in-depth competitive analysis, and gather profound customer insights through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to identify unmet needs, critical pain points, and emerging trends within the AI landscape.
• Roadmap Ownership & Prioritization: Develop, maintain, and meticulously prioritize a detailed product roadmap, including user stories, use cases, and precise technical requirements. Ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with engineering, design, data science, and architecture teams.
• Feature Definition & Execution: Translate high-level business objectives into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications. Guide products through the entire lifecycle, from initial conception and ideation through development, launch, and continuous iteration, working hands-on with cross-functional teams.
• Performance Monitoring & Iteration: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product performance rigorously, conduct A/B testing, and leverage data and analytics to inform product iterations, optimizations, and future enhancements.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Proactively and effectively communicate product strategy, roadmaps, progress, and key decisions to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners, fostering transparency and alignment.
• Go-to-Market Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop compelling product messaging, impactful launch plans, comprehensive enablement materials, and ensure successful market adoption.
• Technical Acumen & Bridging: Possess a strong understanding of underlying AI/ML technologies (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, generative AI) and their potential, to effectively bridge the gap between complex technical possibilities and tangible business value.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on building and launching AI/ML-powered products (SaaS B2B enterprise solutions preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related quantitative/technical field. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable.
• AI Domain Expertise: Demonstrated deep understanding of core AI/ML concepts, methodologies, model development lifecycles, data pipelines, and MLOps principles.
• Product Lifecycle Mastery: Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle, from strategic ideation and discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Exceptional ability to define a long-term product vision and strategy while meticulously managing short-term execution and adapting to market dynamics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Communication & Influence: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and strategic decisions to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative cross-functional environment, fostering strong relationships and leading through influence.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!)

• Prior experience with large-scale enterprise software or platform products.
• Experience working with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Productboard).
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Python/R for data manipulation) or visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• A strong professional network within the AI/ML product and research communities.
