Job Description: Senior Product Manager, AI Solutions

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and strategy for our next generation of AI-powered solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering products that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to create significant value for our customers. You will work at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience, guiding products from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring they align with our company vision and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for AI-driven products, aligning with overall company goals and market opportunities. Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the end-to-end product roadmap, translating strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and features. Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact, managing a clear backlog for engineering teams.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization, definition, design, development, launch, and post-launch performance monitoring. Work closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Requirements Definition: Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication of product requirements to technical teams.
• Market & Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer and the market within the organization. Develop a deep understanding of user pain points, workflows, and business needs through various research methods.
• Performance Analysis: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your products, making data-driven decisions to optimize features and drive adoption.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment across departments.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates.
• Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of AI/ML advancements, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications (Required):

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML products or platforms.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, methodologies, and technologies (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, deep learning). Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering and data science teams.
• Product Expertise: Proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative software products through the entire lifecycle.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strong ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, driving consensus and motivating for results.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into tangible product features.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with large-scale data platforms and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Prior experience in a startup environment or fast-paced technology company.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
